1 Registration form and payment should be received on this date
2 When by March 28 a sufficient number of participants have not enrolled, the  workshop may be cancelled. If the workshop is cancelled, participants will be informed by March 28 or earlier and alternative options or reimbursement of the workshop fee will be discussed.
3 Registration fee also includes lunch, coffee breaks and proceedings. Reimbursement due to cancellations will be 90 % before February 11, 50% for cancellations before March 28 and 25 % for cancellations from March 28 till April 11.
4The city of Waregem offers delegates of the 5th EEHNC a welcome drink in Waregem on April 14 (Thursday evening) from 20.30 - 22.00. This welcome drink is in combination with the official opening of the exhibition dedicated to the history of equine veterinary medicine. Transport will be arranged from the congress hotel (Kortrijk) to the welcome reception and back. The location can also be visited by car.

Payments should be received before April 7th and should include participants’ name followed by “5th EEHNC” as a reference. Cheques and credit cards are not accepted by the organisation. Registration is only valid when both payment and registration form have been received by the organization. Registration order will be in order of payment. After receiving payment an invoice will be send to the participant. Invoices will be sent out from January 17, 2011.
